1. Scope of this Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all DeluluTech products and websites, including but not limited to WP Manager (https://wpmanager.delulutech.in) and any future services offered by DeluluTech.

2. Data Controller

DeluluTech, Goa, India (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the data controller for the personal data processed under this policy.

3. Information We Collect

• Account credentials: username and an 8 to 12 digit PIN, or a “Sign in with Google” request.
• Google sign‑in data: Google account ID (sub), email address, email‑verified flag, and basic profile (name, picture) obtained under the scopes openid, email, profile. We do not receive Google passwords, nor do we store access or refresh tokens.
• WP Manager data: WordPress site URLs, connection records, encrypted WordPress application credentials, OAuth grants for each AI client you authorize, and audit events (consent, revocation, write operations).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and session cookies (HttpOnly, required for sign‑in only).

4. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve our services.
• To authenticate you and manage your account.
• To store and forward WordPress site data and AI client permissions as you configure them.
• To secure the service, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• Google user data is used only to sign you in and to display which account is active; it is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.

5. Sign in with Google

If you choose Sign in with Google, we receive only your Google account ID, email address, whether that email is verified, and your basic profile (name and picture). We never see your Google password, we do not keep Google access or refresh tokens, and we do not access Gmail, Drive or any other Google data.

We use this information only to sign you in and to show which account you are signed in with. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. We share it only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the service, or when the law requires it.

You can unlink Google from your WP Manager dashboard at any time, and remove DeluluTech's access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

DeluluTech's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Transfers

Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare (Workers, D1, KV, Pages). Data may be processed on servers located outside India.

7. Cookies

We set only essential HttpOnly session cookies for sign‑in. No advertising or tracking cookies are placed on any DeluluTech site.

8. Data Retention

Personal data is retained while your account remains active and as needed for security, abuse prevention, or legal purposes. You may request deletion by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request”. We will verify your control of the account before proceeding.

9. Your Rights

• Right to access your data.
• Right to correct inaccurate data.
• Right to request deletion.
• Right to withdraw consent.
• Right to lodge a grievance with our Grievance Officer (DeluluTech team at [email protected]).

We will respond to any request within a reasonable time.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

11. Links to Other Services

WP Manager connects to third‑party WordPress sites and AI clients (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude). You are responsible for the data you share with those services.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
