Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using any DeluluTech product or website, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We offer an AI‑first WordPress management service called WP Manager (https://wpmanager.delulutech.in) and may launch additional products in the future. All services are provided “as‑is” and may be in beta.

3. Account Creation and Security

• You may create an account using a username and an 8 to 12 digit PIN or by signing in with Google.
• When using Google sign‑in, we only receive the data described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for keeping your PIN secret and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for illegal activities.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack our infrastructure.
• You may only connect WordPress sites that you own or have explicit permission to manage.
• You are responsible for the changes you authorize an AI client to make, and for keeping backups of your site.

5. AI Clients and Third‑Party Services

WP Manager lets you grant AI clients (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) permission to read or write to your WordPress site. Each AI client operates under its own terms. You are responsible for the access you grant, and you can revoke it at any time from the WP Manager dashboard.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, abuse, or for security reasons. You can stop using the services and ask us to delete your account at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All DeluluTech trademarks, logos, and software remain the exclusive property of DeluluTech. You receive no ownership rights to our technology.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DeluluTech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Goa, India.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
